About the Navshop Project

Grocery shopping plays a big role in our life and can be described as unavoidable activity in order to get desired food and other products. However, it can be time consuming, stressful and difficult to do sometimes . There are a few reasons which makes grocery shopping unpleasant :
Products Aisle Management differs in each grocery stores
Grocery Stores run out of certain items
Items can be named differently depending on its brand

Navshop Overview and Goals
Navshop ‘s main goal is to change grocery shopping habits and culture of the consumers while making it a lot easier to shop in different stores. Navshop allows people to search for their desired grocery items, add it to their list and provides map to it's users in order to locate the products online by using the app. Navshop offers consumers to create their grocery accounts and use it for any desired stores.
By using Navshop App users will be able to:
See any available coupons/sales for various products
AI Generated recipe search relevant to what you have in your pantry
AI generated favorite products/groceries list by allowing app to collect your shopping habits
Aisle organized shopping list in your Pantry
Track location and see near available stores for unique products
Problem Statement
According to a Review Intelligence analysis of the Top 10 Grocery Stores, shoppers today value the store app that will help them save the most on routine purchases and make shopping a convenient experience.
Apptopia ravels that grocery store apps are failing to please consumer expectations . The image shown down below, explains the impact scores of grocery store apps in different topics. These topics are based on the most common customer review keywords.
Customers are especially complaining about Inventory/ Price Check, in their carts. Most apps scored below 0 in mentioned categorization .
Audience Research
In order to help Navshop to research users' grocery habits and its struggles, Navshop developed a survey and and number of participants were 25 in total.

Less than 50% shops online and only 12 % every week

Most of users do not feel the need to use grocery store apps

Noticeably big percentage of users experienced difficulties while finding their wished products

Out of Milk is a free app to grocery list and grocery shop. Available both in IOS and ANDROID.
